I think I have made it clear that I feel that cars are pure evil.  This was an awful move made by a majority of people who do not live in New York City.  Perhaps in ten years when you can’t breathe or drive in New York people will realize what a mistake they made.  Read more about the closed door meeting that defeated such a brilliant measure.  All this as London has amassed enough money to boost its mass transit and cycling infrastructure.
